More companies follow Shopify and Duolingo
I enjoyed reading the email of Duolingo’s CEO. A lesson on how to handle and boost change… at scale.
Shopify said it first.
Duolingo followed.
Who’s next?
AI is no longer optional. It’s a core skill.
A job requirement.
A team expectation.
Here’s what’s happening:
↳ Before hiring, you must prove AI can’t do the job.
↳ Contractors are phased out if AI can handle it.
↳ Everyone is expected to use AI. Every day.
Duolingo launched 148 new courses with AI.
Faster. Cheaper. Customizable. Scaling fast.
Resistance is a choice.
But so is irrelevance.
Expect more companies to follow. Not in 2030.
In the next 6 months.
AI is the new baseline.
The question isn’t if you use it. It’s how well.
