I had a chat with two amazing women in the field of neuroscience and design thinking, Ana Kyra Bekš and Caroline Szymanski. We talked about the way our brain works and how it can affect the relationships we have on a personal and professional level. Spontaneous yet fun and engaging conversation where we even talked about board games and food, and their relations to our brain and behaviors.
Caroline Szymanski studied neuroscience, medical neuroscience and design thinking in Germany, France and Italy. She holds a PhD with a focus on PhD work on neural team dynamics. She regularly teaches, speaks and runs Kandooe, a design thinking consulting company.
Ana Kyra Bekš is a graduate of industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design and currently pursuing an MBA. She’s the co-founder of Servis 8 institute. And the Co-Creation School.She has prepared and conducted more than 40 design thinking and service design workshops, both for the private and public sectors.
